Acne treatments are not the same for everybody. If there was just one treatment that worked for everyone, you would not be reading this article.

We are all very different. Our genetics and body chemistry differs a lot. This can make it difficult to find the right solution for you. Many will go with any acne treatment, without making sure that it is compatible with their skin type. This will only waste your time and money. Make sure your find a treatment that goes with your skin type and your kind of acne.

This is even evident in members of the same family where some of them will get mild outbreaks, while others may experience quite the opposite and really suffer due to their reactions to acne.

We all have a certain amount of waste and toxins in our systems. If our body can’t get rid of these through normal bodily functions it can cause acne. If any organ is not working the way it should, it will cause some of these toxins and waste to stay in our body. Finally our bodies will try to get rid of these toxins through the pores of the skin.

Also, if our bodies have a hormonal imbalance it can cause an oily sweat, loaded with bacteria. Your body is trying to get rid of these bacteria through the pores of the skin. The pores will get clogged up when this oily mixture mixes with dead skin cells. This will also cause pimples.

The combination of toxins and sweat that clogs the pores causes acne to erupt. Both of these conditions start within the body and this is where a lot of acne sufferers miss the boat. Instead of treating acne both internally and externally they focus mainly on the outside.

If you really want to get rid of your acne, you have to start the fight from the inside. Don’t use only external treatments and medication.
