Forget about starving or surviving on cabbage soup; that is not a good way to lose weight. In fact, I highly doubt anyone has been able to lose weight permanently by following these methods. In this article I will tell you about the REAL way to lose weight fast.

By following a diet pattern called “calorie shifting”, you can get to lose weight quickly. You are not required to skip meals, eat less nor starve yourself. In fact with this method, you have to eat more frequently up to four meals per day. With this diet plan, you will eat foods of varying amounts of calories. Some food which you eat will have high calories while other will have low calories. What you are trying to do essentially is to manipulate your body metabolism rate to burn more fats in a short period of time. When that happens, you will start to lose weight faster. So forget about trying to pass the day with just low calories food.

As mentioned earlier, this diet plan is all about manipulating your body metabolic rate. Our bodies follows a pattern of burning calories. It anticipate our daily calories consumptions on our food intake pattern which we had been following for years. When you have less to eat, the metabolic rate slows down. By eating both low and high calories foods, your body will strive to maintain it metabolism rate at a higher rate most of the time. This will results in all the calories being burn away faster and consequently quicker weight loss.
