The Sanskrit word Yoga which means union stands for harmony or balance between the body, spirit and mind - in that, it means a lot more than just meditation. There’s probably no older system for man’s personal development than this ancient practice. This is not just a physical exercise but also a discipline where inner harmony and a sense of well being is the aim.
